One Last Breath adalah salah satu karya dari group band yang bernama Creed asal Tallahasse,Florida U.S dan group ini dibentuk pada tahun 1995 dengan jumlah personal empat orang antaralain Scott Stapp,Mark Tremonti,Scott Phillips dan Brian Marshall. Mereka memilih lagu aliran rock dengan pengadaptasian jenis musik grunge rock alternatif dengan komposisi terbaik sehingga mampu menghasilkan lagu yang enak di dengarkan oleh kita semua.
Creed sendiri mulai dikenal banyak orang sekitar di ahir tahuh 1990 an sampai 2004.kemudian aktif kembali pada tahun 2009 hingga sekarang.
